HONORING RBT CPAs, LLP upon the occasion of its
designation as an Advocate for Justice by Legal
Services of the Hudson Valley on May 21, 2019

WHEREAS, It is incumbent upon the people of the State of New York to
recognize and acknowledge those within our midst who have made
significant contributions to the quality of life therein; and

WHEREAS, From time to time this Legislative Body takes note of
certain extraordinary individuals and organizations it wishes to
recognize for their valued contributions to the success and progress of
society and publicly acknowledge their endeavors which have enhanced the
basic humanity among us all; and

WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor RBT CPAs,
LLP upon the occasion of its designation as an Advocate for Justice by
Legal Services of the Hudson Valley to be celebrated at its 3rd Annual
Orange & Sullivan Partners in Justice Reception on Tuesday, May 21,
2019; and

WHEREAS, RBT CPAs, LLP provides audit, tax, accounting, and business
development consulting services to business owners in the Hudson Valley
and New York Metropolitan area; and

WHEREAS, One of the largest public accounting firms in the Hudson
Valley with offices in Newburgh, Poughkeepsie, and Wurtsboro, RBT CPAs,
LLP is currently ranked No. 2 for Best Companies to Work For in New York
State and No. 43 for Top 100 Accounting Firms in the United States; and

WHEREAS, With its highly qualified team of 113 employees, including
49 CPAs, four enrolled agents and 11 partners, RBT CPAs, LLP serves a
variety of clients and provides each client with the personal attention
they deserve; and

WHEREAS, RBT CPAs, LLP is a proud member of RSM US Alliance, a
premier affiliation of independent accounting and consulting firms in
the United States, with more than 75 members in over 38 states, the
Cayman Islands, and Puerto Rico; and

WHEREAS, With a steadfast and unwavering commitment to its clients,
RBT CPAs, LLP works tirelessly with RSM US Alliance to stay at the
forefront of developments affecting accounting and consulting firms
today; and

WHEREAS, RBT CPAs, LLP's membership in RSM US Alliance has elevated
its capabilities in the marketplace, helping to differentiate the firm
from the competition while allowing it to maintain its independence and
entrepreneurial culture; and

WHEREAS, In effect, RBT CPAs, LLP offers the responsiveness of a
local firm, with the national resources of one of the nation's largest
accounting and consulting firms; and

WHEREAS, Over its distinguished 45-year history, RBT CPAs, LLP has
demonstrated continuous service to the residents and communities which
it serves; and

WHEREAS, The success of RBT CPAs, LLP is in direct correlation to
the efforts of its dedicated staff, whose involvement is, and always has
been, characterized by an impressive commitment, an unbridled
enthusiasm, and an uncompromising standard of excellence in all
endeavors on behalf of the firm and the community it serves; and

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when
individuals and organizations of such noble aims and accomplishments are
brought to our attention, they should be celebrated and recognized by
all the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor RBT CPAs, LLP upon the occasion of its designation as an Advocate
for Justice by Legal Services of the Hudson Valley on May 21, 2019; and
be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be
transmitted to RBT CPAs, LLP.
