For over 30 years the Chautauqua Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Council (CASAC), as a not-for-profit United Way Agency has brought prevention education programs to Chautauqua County. CASAC provides alcohol, substance abuse and gambling prevention education, awareness and intervention programs for pre-school through college age students, for parents, for individuals and their families affected by alcoholism or substance abuse, to local organizations and the community-at-large.
