Happy New Year From The Senate Majority Conference

January 01, 2010

The Senate Majority Conference extends our warmest wishes for happiness and healthfulness to every New Yorker for 2010 and beyond.
The last decade surely tested our resolve as a state and as a country. However, the dawn of a new year provides each of us the opportunity to reflect on the past and renew our spirit for the year ahead.
And in looking ahead, let us also remember and give thanks to those who sacrificed for our benefit in 2009, in particular our servicemen and women.
As friends, family, and neighbors, we share in this spirit of hopefulness and thankfulness as well as the responsibility to make this year, and every one that follows, better than the last.  May 2010 bring peace and prosperity for all.
