Buffalo- Antoine M. Thompson, New York State Senator, 60th District will host his 2nd Annual Memorial Day Ceremony where he will honor families of fallen hero’s from WNY.
According to Senator Thompson, “so many of our young men and women have paid the ultimate price for our freedom is why I feel it is so important that we honor them and their families.” He continued by saying as a member of the Veterans, Homeland Security and Military Affairs Committee, I feel that the observance of Memorial Day has diminished over the years. Too many Americans have forgotten the meaning and traditions associated with the day. That is why it is so important for me to carry the Memorial Day tradition on.”
