Governor Andrew Cuomo has just unveiled his new Executive Budget Proposal -- marking the beginning of the State Budget negotiation and adoption process for the 2013-2014 Fiscal Year.

This year, we will look to build upon this progress by passing another on-time, fiscally responsible budget that keeps New York moving forward.
