In 2000, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places through the efforts of the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute. This 75-year-old building is in need of repairs, and this grant will go a long way to assuring the grotto's survival for generations to come.

CAST YOUR VOTE every day until May 21 and help save a piece of Italian Americana!
