ALBANY - State leaders cut a deal Monday to give nannies and other domestic workers overtime pay and new labor protections, the Daily News has learned.
"This is a tremendous victory for a group of workers who historically and systematically have been denied basic labor rights," said state Sen. Diane Savino (D-S.I.), a sponsor of the plan.
