Wurtsboro - NYS Senator John Bonacic broke ground yesterday on a 48 unit senior housing development in Wurtsboro. The development is named Horizons at Wurtsboro.

"The need for affordable housing is insatiable. This will provide quality housing for our seniors - allowing them to stay close to their families," Senator Bonacic said.

Senator Bonacic is Chairman of the Senate Committee on Housing and in that capacity has helped secure funds to build more than $20 million worth of housing for Sullivan County's seniors and working families.
