Senator Nozzolio Launches Program For Soldiers Serving Overseas

Albany- Continuing his support for America’s brave men and women serving our Nation, New York State Senator Michael F. Nozzolio is announcing a new program to connect area residents with local soldiers serving overseas.

As part of the program, Senator Nozzolio is asking all families who have a soldier serving overseas who wish to participate in the program to send their soldier’s photo and contact information to the Senator. The photos and contact information will then be posted onthis website toallow area residents to send mail, email and care packages to local soldiers.

“In numerous conversations with family members who have a soldier serving our Nation, they emphasis the importance these soldiers place on receiving mail, email and care packages from those of us at home,” said Senator Nozzolio.

Family members of a soldier serving who would like to receive e-mail messages or care packages from people back home are encouraged to contact Senator Nozzolio by e-mail at The e-mail to Senator Nozzolio should list your name, your relation to the soldier, the soldier’s e-mail address, an attached digital photo of the soldier, as well as the soldier’s mailing address overseas.
