Delmar Farmers Market marks 10th anniversary

Senator Neil Breslin, honored the Delmar Farmers Market with a legislative resolution commending the market for its contribution to agriculture and tourism.

The Delmar Farmers Market celebrated its 10th anniversary this weekend by banning plastic bags. It will offer shoppers bags made from 100 percent recycled paper, according to Paul Tick, one of the market's founders. Click the Time Union link above to read the whole story.
