That was the mantra as the city’s Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and a bevy of Brooklyn elected officials today celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Brooklyn Army Terminal (BAT), 140 58th Street in Sunset Park.

“Congratulations to the Brooklyn Army Terminal (BAT) on their Centennial Anniversary. As it enters its second century of service, BAT remains an important economic and industrial hub for New York City. I applaud the continued preservation of an industrial, working waterfront and the City’s commitment to creating new economic and manufacturing opportunities. I look forward to the Brooklyn Army Terminal creating new career pathways for the people of Sunset Park and throughout Brooklyn,” said State Sen.
