NEW YORK -- On Friday (September 25) the New York State Supreme Court, New York County ruled the luxury condo tower being built by Extell at 36 West 66th Street is in violation of the New York City Zoning Resolution’s Split-Lot Rule and illegally using mechanical voids to boost its height without counting towards its total square footage limits.
