Due to a number of unique factors, Port Chester has been struggling to contain the number of COVID-19 cases in the Village since the early months of the pandemic. Now an ‘Orange Zone,’ we must continue to work together to curb the spread of the virus. As we head into the winter months, this summit will disseminate important information to the community to ensure compliance on best practices to slow the spread of the virus. The Port Chester community must know we are here to help and here to listen to new ideas and suggestions.”
Assemblyman Steve Otis said, “The purpose of the Covid-19 Summit is to provide and share key public health information and resources that will mobilize everyone in Port Chester to stop the spread of this dangerous disease. Our state and county Department of Health partners are working with us to make sure we reach every family and individual in the village. Please join the Summit and be part of defeating Covid-19 in Port Chester.”
