Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson) recently announced that the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR) will be administering more than $48 million in federal low income housing tax credits and subsidies, of which nearly $7.5 million will go to projects throughout the lower Hudson Valley.  These low income housing tax credits and subsidies will be used to help construct or rehabilitate affordable housing units for working families, senior citizens, and people with disabilities.

“I am pleased to learn that Milton Harvest LLC in the Town of Marlborough will be receiving $741,470.  This funding will help Milton Harvest make available 47 affordable housing units,” said Senator Larkin, “This assistance will be of critical importance to those who are struggling to make ends meet during these difficult economic times.”
