New York State Senator Eric Adams, Chairman, convened a meeting of his Senate Committee on Racing, Gaming and Wagering at 9:30 AM Tuesday, February 9, 2010 in Room 124 of the Capitol.
The first order of business was remarks, followed by the questioning of Charles J Diamond, Governor Paterson’s nominee to the New York State Racing and Wagering Board. The committee then took up its legislative agenda, consisting of the following bills:
