Tracie Lucas Lord

Tracie Lucas Lord is a self-employed business consultant specializing in inspections and insurance audits.

In addition to being a savvy businesswoman, Ms. Lord holds community positions that include Board Member of Community Board #3 and Recording Secretary for the 42nd Precinct Council. As a member of the 42nd Precinct Council Board, she has assumed the roles of Sergeant-at-Arms, Recording Secretary and National Night Out Coordinator.

Ms. Lord is a staunch community advocate who works on behalf of others. Some of her contributions include Volunteer Coordinator for PATHHSEO Soup Kitchen at Caldwell Temple, Treasurer for Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Bronx #3, Secretary for Citizens Emergency Response Network (CERN), and volunteer with the South Bronx Emergency Network (SBEN D3). As a member of PATHHSEO, she served 750 monthly meals, distributed 250 weekly pantry bags, distributed PPE, established a community garden, and coordinated health fairs, clothing distributions, Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas celebrations for neighborhood children.

She successfully completed the We Are The Bronx Fellowship in June 2016, the New York City’s Citizens Police Academy in October 2021, and the Women of Faith in June 2021.

Previously, Ms. Lord served in the Aurora Citizen’s Police Academy, Naperville Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Naperville Crime Stoppers, as Education Chair for Community Board #9 (Bronx, NY) and on the Neighborhood Advisory Board #11 (Bronx, NY). Her prior positions also included Review Specialist for the New York State Commission of Correction (New York, NY), Realtor for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (Naperville, IL) and 911 Dispatch for the Aurora Police Department (Aurora, IL).

Ms. Lord understands the importance of being engaged in the community as well as being a part of the solution. It is for this reason that she has dedicated her life to public service and to her local community.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University and a Paralegal Certificate from Baruch College.

Ms. Lord currently resides in the Morrisania section of the Bronx, New York.
