Tiffiney Davis

Tiffiney Davis was raised in Brooklyn, New York, and has dedicated her life to breaking barriers in the arts.

Ms. Davis has implemented a variety of disciplines to uplift and support the voices of our youth. She is committed to increasing graduation rates, providing a creative space for children's achievement, community awareness, and building connections and collaborations with local Red Hook/Brooklyn residents.

Throughout the years, Ms. Davis has shown extreme dedication and selflessness, especially throughout the COVID-19 pandemic that left numerous families and businesses in the community in need. While many were under quarantine, Ms. Davis was able to transition to a virtual setting and host over 100 virtual art classes to ensure that children were still receiving much-needed support.

While many families were low on food, Ms. Davis was steadfast in her mission and hit the pavement, making connections with local restaurants and grocery stores to help get food to the many homes in need. She quickly and efficiently established two community refrigerators offering free food to community residents.

Ms. Davis’ dedication and resilience helped earn her a promotion from Managing Director to Executive Director at Red Hook Art Project (RHAP).

Her tireless focus on community awareness has led to an incredible extended network of trusted connections and collaborations that are committed to the success of RHAP, along with its emerging artists and the families of Red Hook.
