Ryan Graham

Ryan Graham served in the United States Air Force and achieved the rank of Senior Airman/E-4.
An Air Force and Iraq War veteran from Queens, New York, Mr. Graham enlisted after the horrific 9/11 terror attacks on our Nation. Mr. Graham’s military service spanned six years, from the 52nd Fighter Wing in Germany, working within the A4 directorate of the Air Force Special Operations Command headquarters at Hurlburt Field, Florida, to the Logistics Support Center under Air Combat Command headquarters at Langley AFB, Virginia. He was also deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom to Camp Sather, Baghdad International Airport.
Since returning home, Mr. Graham has been active in the veteran community and the VFW. Among his various roles, he served as the Queens County Council VFW Commander from 2014 to 2018, representing 2,000 members throughout 20 posts. Today, Mr. Graham continues serving through policy initiatives as the Chairman of the Legislative Committee for District 1, as well as the Vice Chair for
Legislative Affairs for the Department of New York VFW.
Locally, Mr. Graham is the Commander of the Flanders Field VFW Post 150 in Corona, currently working on revitalization initiatives to continue its 100-plus- year history and legacy for both veterans and the community. Outside of the veterans service organization sphere, Mr. Graham serves on the Veterans Advisory Council for the Queens District Attorney’s office, served on Queens Community Board 10, and was selected to serve on the New York City Veterans Advisory Board by the Speaker of the New York City Council.
Professionally, Mr. Graham has more than 20 years of experience in the supply chain management and operations industries, including military, corporate, and aerospace sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University and a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
When he isn’t working, Mr. Graham and his wife travel. He is currently at work on several writing projects, including a novel and memoir.
