Dear Constituent: Congratulations on your upcoming event. As your state representative, I am always happy to recognize individuals and groups/organizations within the District who are commemorating a significant occasion.
Please submit your request for a Senate Resolution or Citation by completing this questionnaire. Please note that submissions must be made at least three weeks prior to the event and must be accompanied by a bio or background information on the individual or organization to be honored. Only requests of residents or groups within the 19th Senatorial District will be honored. All requests are subject to approval.
