Join the Fight Against Lyme and Tick-Borne Diseases!

November 16, 2017

With yet another Powassan virus diagnosis in the state—this time in Dutchess County—and countless New Yorkers suffering from Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses, it is imperative that the state makes combatting these devastating diseases a top priority.

While the Legislative Session is not scheduled to begin until January 2018, decisions that will impact the Governor’s Executive Budget proposal are already being made. If you agree that the state should dedicate increased budget funding to advance research and combat the spread of Lyme and TBDs, please sign the petition today urging New York to make it a priority!
