Graduation Certificate Program
As the school year nears its end, your Senator would like to honor your graduating and/or moving up student class with a Certificate of Achievement to commemorate this auspicious occasion. This program acknowledges your students' hard work and dedication by presenting them with a Senate certificate celebrating their accomplishment.
Please note: This program is available only to K–12 schools across New York State.
To participate in this program, please provide a list of potential graduates in an Excel file at least 1 week before your school’s graduation date.
Requirements for the Student Submission Excel File:
1. The File should be saved as 2026GradCert.xlsx.
2. Column A: Please provide a list with the student’s first and last name, listed as they should appear on the certificates. The names of your students should be capitalized and spaced accurately.
3. Column B: School Name - How it will appear on the certificate
4. Column C: Certificate Requested - Moving up or Graduating Certificate
5. Column D: School Contact - Full name, phone number and email
6. Column E: School Address for certificates to be delivered to.
We cannot send certificates to a P.O. Box.
