NYRCR Planning Committee 3rd Public Engagement Event

Yonkers residents are encouraged to attend the third public event for the NY Rising Community Reconstruction (NYRCR) Program to help Yonkers become more flood resilient.

Location: Hudson River Museum, 511 Warburton Avenue, Yonkers, NY 

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Learn about the 20+ projects and programs the Planning Committee developed to increase flood resiliency in Yonkers
• Provide feedback on these proposed projects and programs

The NYRCR Program is one of several Storm Recovery Initiatives established by Governor Cuomo to provide additional rebuilding and revitalization assistance to communities severely damaged by Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee.
