This August—in collaboration with Harlem Vet Center, Samaritan Village, Manhattan Legal Services, NY Metro Vets—our office is proudly hosting the 3rd Annual Veterans Resource Fair in Harlem, which is structured to provide the opportunity for veterans to connect with a large number of service provider organizations and governmental agencies in one place. In addition to this year’s theme being “Homelessness Prevention in the Veteran Population,” the event will also serve to pay tribute to Congressman Charles B. Rangel for his heroic actions as a member of the U.S. Army during the Korean War as well as his distinguished service as a member of the U.S. Congress since 1971.
