Estate Planning and Medicaid Basics Program

Please join Senator Kemp Hannon as he presents an Estate Planning and Medicaid Basics Program.

The program takes place on Thursday, September 15, 2016, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm at the Plainview/Old Bethpage Public Library (located at 999 Old Country Road, Plainview).

Senator Hannon’s guest speaker, Melissa Negrin-Weiner, Esq, will discuss the importance of estate planning and advance directives such as Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills.

She will also review asset protection planning and Medicaid eligibility for both home care and nursing home care, as well as crisis planning and Veterans benefits.

The event is free and open to all, but reservations are required.
