Senator Rachel May will be touring the NY Fiber Trail, visiting various sites across the state on Friday, August 18.
The current itinerary is listed below:
9:15- Love and Stitches (Yorkville)
11:15- Thistle Be Perfect Too (Glenville)
12:30- Woodland Meadow Farm (Northeast Saratoga Springs)
2:00- Battenkill Fibers (Greenwich)
4:00- Clean Fleece Scouring Facility (Mechanicville)
6:00- Cece's Wool (Guilderland)
The NY Fiber Trail is a self-guided tourism experience based around fiber producers, studios and retailers and running from May 15 to October 31. Customers can visit www.nyfibertrail.com to see a map and listings of 57 fiber-centric businesses and plan trips around them. Each listing has a description of the businesses offerings, hours of operation, and suggestions on what to do, where to stay, and favorite local eats.
