Senate Majority Leader Dean G. Skelos, Senator Ken LaValle and members of the Senate Majority Conference will hold a news conference today, Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 332 of the Capitol to announce a plan to help families and young people afford the cost of a college education.
