Senior I.D.

Dear Neighbor,

It is important that Senior Citizens in the community have their medical information easily accessible and available. That is why I will be hosting a FREE Senior Citizens’ Photo ID Card Program on Wednesday, November 13th, at the Connetquot Public Library.

This special ID Card Program is designed to assist seniors, helping them to provide important information about themselves in the case of an emergency. Those who are interested, can provide pertinent information such as their medical ailments, name, address and phone number of their doctors and emergency family contacts.  In addition, each senior will have a photo taken that will be affixed to the card. The photo and data will be placed onto a durable ID card that will fit neatly into a wallet, purse, billfold or pocket.

If you or your loved one is in need of a photo identification card, I hope you will participate in this important program.  For additional information, please contact my District Office at (631) 665-2311.

Best Regards,

Phil Boyle
