Díaz, Sepulveda and Crespo to Hold Second Job Fair

You should know that next week, on April 5, 2017, Assemblymen Luis Sepulveda, Marcos Crespo and myself will be holding our Second Job Fair for unemployed people in Bronx County. 

It is important for you to know that the three of us together are hoping and expecting that this Job Fair will result in more than 100 unemployed persons finding the opportunities of their lives. 

This Job Fair will take place on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm at the Judge Sonia Sotomayor Community Center located at 1000 Rosedale Avenue, at the corner of Bruckner Boulevard in Bronx County. 

More than 50 organizations and companies will be present with applications and job opportunities for those in attendance.  These companies will be interviewing prospective employees to hire for available positions. 

It is important for you to know that the first Job Fair that Assemblyman Luis Sepulveda and I conducted on November 2, 2016 resulted in the employment of more than 30 persons. On that occasion, there were only 20 companies present to offer job opportunities. 
  
For this second Job Fair, we have more than double the number of companies and organizations who will be offering jobs. Therefore, it is expected that close to 100 persons will become employed. 

It is advised for unemployed Bronx residents to take advantage of this opportunity, and take the time to attend this upcoming Job Fair on April 5th. You just may find the opportunity of a lifetime.
