Senate Standing Committee on Children and Families Meeting

State Senator Velmanette Montgomery convened a meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Children and Families. 

• S222B Benjamin - An act to amend the social services law, in relation to reporting of unaccompanied alien children by authorized agencies 
• S753A Montgomery - An act to direct the office of children and family services to examine, evaluate and make recommendations on the availability of child day care and child care assistance, and determine the unmet need of child care subsidies; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof 
• S3563A Serrano - An act to amend the social services law, in relation to requiring the anchoring of furniture and electronics in child day care centers and certain other facilities
