Establishing a waiver program allowing for longer stays at domestic violence shelters
Includes households who are fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence under the family homelessness and eviction prevention supplement ("FHEPS") program
Provides that applicants or recipients for SNAP benefits shall not be subjected to finger imaging as a requirement of the supplemental nutrition assistance program
