ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION amending subdivision a of section 3 of Rule I, in
relation to the use of the assembly chamber, lobbies, rooms and property

RESOLVED, That subdivision a of section 3 of Rule I of the Assembly
rules is amended to read as follows:
a. The use of the Assembly Chamber, lobbies, rooms and property shall
be controlled by the Speaker. ACCESS TO ROOMS AND FACILITIES BY THE
MINORITY SHALL NOT BE UNREASONABLY WITHHELD AND ONCE GRANTED, NOT
CHANGED WITHOUT CONSENT. He or she shall direct the Sergeant-at-Arms to
perform such acts as may be necessary to preserve order.
