LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Greg-Patric Martello, Esq. upon the
occasion of his designation as recipient of the 2009 Corporate Leader-
ship Award by the Epilepsy Foundation of Long Island

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay
tribute to those individuals within the legal field who distinguish
themselves through professional excellence and who have made significant
contributions to the quality of life of citizens in the State of New
York; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
stranding traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Greg-Patric Martello, Esq. upon the occasion of his designation as
recipient of the 2009 Corporate Leadership Award by the Epilepsy Founda-
tion of Long Island to be celebrated at its 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner
Dance, "Casablanca Night", on Friday, April 17, 2009, at Carlyle on the
Green, Bethpage State Park; and
WHEREAS, Greg-Patric Martello graduated from Queens College with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in 1983; he then went on to obtain his Juris
Doctor from Jacob Fuchsberg Law Center, Touro College in 1987, graduat-
ing with honors, making the Deans List; and
WHEREAS, An attorney with Martello and Lamagna P.C., Garden City, New
York, since 1999, Greg-Patric Martello's areas of concentration include:
Trial Counsel, Tort Litigation, Employment Discrimination, Commercial
Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when individ-
uals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Greg-Patric Martello upon the occasion of his designation as
recipient of the 2009 Corporate Leadership Award by the Epilepsy Founda-
tion of Long Island; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Greg-Patric Martello, Esq.
