LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Jason White upon the occasion of his
designation for special recognition by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT for
his business and community accomplishments

WHEREAS, A great community is only as great as those persons and organ-
izations that provide exemplary service, whether through participation
in voluntary programs, through unique personal achievement in their
profession or other endeavors, or simply through a lifetime of good
citizenship; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, it is the sense of this Legislative Body to commend
Jason White upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition
by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT for his business and community accom-
plishments; and
WHEREAS, A 2002 graduate of Eldred High School, Jason White received a
degree in Accounting from Penn State University and returned home to
help out his parents, while still making use of his college education;
and
WHEREAS, Jason White was hired as an accounting specialist by the
First National Bank of Jeffersonville two years ago, doing mostly basic
recordkeeping at the Jeffersonville office; and
WHEREAS, Today, Jason White is chiefly involved in the quarterly and
annual financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission,
working alongside the comptroller of the bank to keep things moving
along and reporting directly to the chief financial officer of the bank;
and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
the great State of New York; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Jason White upon the occasion of his designation for special
recognition by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT for his business and commu-
nity accomplishments, and to wish him continued success in all of his
future endeavors; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Jason White.
