LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Riverside Bank upon the occasion of its
designation as recipient of the 2009 Medium Business of the Year Award
by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that the quality and
character of life in this great Empire State is indelibly enriched by
the faithful efforts of those financial institutions and their leader-
ship who devote their purpose to promoting economic vitality and service
the public need; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Riverside Bank upon the occasion of its designation as recipient of the
2009 Medium Business of the Year Award by the Orange County Chamber of
Commerce to be celebrated at its Annual Meeting and Awards Reception on
Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at Kuhl's Highland House, Middletown, New
York; and
WHEREAS, Each year, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce recognizes
outstanding individuals and businesses that have made extraordinary
contributions to both the Chamber and the community over the past year;
Riverside Bank is one such business; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body looks favorably upon the strong role
which institutions like Riverside Bank play in strengthening the social
and economic fabric of our communities through providing growth opportu-
nities for citizens and businesses; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Riverside Bank upon the occasion of its designation as recipient
of the 2009 Medium Business of the Year Award by the Orange County Cham-
ber of Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Riverside Bank.
