LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Crystal Run Village, Inc. upon the occa-
sion of its designation as recipient of the 2009 Not-for-Profit Enter-
prise of the Year Award by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to commend those
illustrious organizations within the State of New York whose focus and
intent have made a substantial impact on the quality of life in their
communities; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Crystal Run Village, Inc. upon the occasion of its designation as recip-
ient of the 2009 Not-for-Profit Enterprise of the Year Award by the
Orange County Chamber of Commerce to be celebrated at its Annual Meeting
and Awards Reception on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at Kuhl's Highland
House, Middletown, New York; and
WHEREAS, Each year, the Orange County Chamber of Commerce recognizes
outstanding individuals and businesses that have made extraordinary
contributions to both the Chamber and the community over the past year;
Crystal Run Village, Inc. is one such business; and
WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl-
edges Crystal Run Village, Inc. and its contributions to the local and
State economies, fully confident that it will continue to enjoy the
sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Crystal Run Village, Inc. upon the occasion of its designation as
recipient of the 2009 Not-for-Profit Enterprise of the Year Award by the
Orange County Chamber of Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Crystal Run Village, Inc..
