LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating the White House Cabinet Shop, LLC
upon the occasion of its designation as recipient of a Small Business
Gem Award by Commerce Chenango

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and pay
tribute to those corporate enterprises throughout the State of New York
which have substantially contributed to the economic vitality of their
communities; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to honor those busi-
nesses within the State of New York which distinguish themselves through
outstanding professional behavior, corporate innovation, and enduring
commitment to the community; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to congratu-
late the White House Cabinet Shop, LLC upon the occasion of its desig-
nation as recipient of a Small Business Gem Award by Commerce Chenango,
to be celebrated on Tuesday, December 1, 2009; and
WHEREAS, A custom wood company located in Sherburne, New York, the
White House Cabinet Shop has been owned and operated by the Webster
family for over 30 years; originally owned by Bruce Webster, his two
sons, Jeff and Mike continue the family tradition by offering specially
designed furnishings for both residential and light commercial
construction projects; and
WHEREAS, As custom builders, the White House Cabinet Shop is well-
known for projects such as new kitchens, custom renovations, counter-
tops, staircases, and built-in entertainment centers, to name a few; and
WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl-
edges the White House Cabinet Shop and its contributions to the local
and State economies, fully confident that it will continue to enjoy the
sparkling successes it has experienced thus far; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate the White House Cabinet Shop, LLC upon the occasion of its
designation as recipient of a Small Business Gem Award by Commerce
Chenango; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to the White House Cabinet Shop, LLC.
