LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, MBA, of Crystal Run
Healthcare upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition
by the Hospice of Orange and Sullivan Counties, Inc.

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to call attention to
those esteemed residents of the State of New York who dedicate their
lives to the improvement of their communities; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to publicly recog-
nize those extraordinary individuals who have made contributions to the
success and progress of society in the course of their life's work; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Dr. Hal
Teitelbaum of Crystal Run Healthcare upon the occasion of his desig-
nation for special recognition by the Hospice of Orange and Sullivan
Counties, Inc., to be celebrated on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at
Anthony's Pier 9; and
WHEREAS, True assets to society, Dr. Hal Teitelbaum and Crystal Run
Healthcare have worked tirelessly with the Hospice of Orange and Sulli-
van Counties, Inc. for many years; and
WHEREAS, It is incumbent upon the people of the State of New York to
recognize and acknowledge those within our midst who have made signif-
icant contributions to the quality of life therein; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the life in their community and have shown a long and sustained
commitment to excellence certainly have earned recognition and applause;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Dr. Hal Teitelbaum, MBA, of Crystal Run Healthcare upon the occa-
sion of his designation for special recognition by the Hospice of Orange
and Sullivan Counties, Inc.; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Dr. Hal Teitelbaum.
