LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Juicy Burgers/Reflections Nail Salon
upon the occasion of their designation by the Guilderland Chamber of
Commerce as the recipient of its 2010 Town Beautification Best Reno-
vation Award on June 10, 2010

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend business leaders of the State of New York whose accomplishments
contribute to the economic health and prosperity of the communities of
the Empire State; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to honor
Juicy Burgers/Reflections Nail Salon upon the occasion of their desig-
nation by the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of its
2010 Town Beautification Best Renovation Award; and
WHEREAS, Juicy Burgers/Reflections Nail Salon will be honored at the
Guilderland Chamber of Commerce's 38th Annual Dinner and Community
Awards Ceremony, to be held at the Albany Country Club on Thursday, June
10, 2010; and
WHEREAS, The Guilderland Chamber of Commerce is recognizing Juicy
Burgers/Reflections Nail Salon for turning old medical offices into two
beautiful spaces, a high-end burger restaurant and a serene spa provid-
ing manicures and pedicures, giving new life to the space and bringing
new services to the community; and
WHEREAS, The growth and continued healthy development of the economy
of the communities of the State of New York are dependent on the
successful operation and commitment of businesses operating in the local
community; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is pleased to have this opportunity to
extend its highest commendation to Juicy Burgers/Reflections Nail Salon
and to wish them continued success in all their endeavors; now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Juicy Burgers/Reflections Nail Salon upon the occasion of their
designation by the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of
its 2010 Town Beautification Best Renovation Award on June 10, 2010; and
be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Juicy Burgers and Reflections Nail Salon.
