LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Kaboodles Kafe upon the occasion of
its designation as the 2010 Business of the Year by the Akron Chamber of
Commerce

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to honor those illus-
trious individuals and institutions of the State of New York whose
purposeful endeavors serve to enhance the quality of life in their
communities; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend Kaboodles
Kafe upon the occasion of its designation as the 2010 Business of the
Year by the Akron Chamber of Commerce, to be celebrated on Saturday, May
1, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Each year this award is bestowed upon a business which has
displayed an unwavering devotion to improving the quality of life in the
Akron community; and
WHEREAS, Located on Main Road, Kaboodles Kafe is an organization that
is known to be friendly and committed to its community; and
WHEREAS, During the Thanksgiving holiday, Kaboodles Kafe offered free
dinners and adopted a family at Christmas; in addition, they give to
numerous charities, including Akron's food pantry; and
WHEREAS, A leader in the community, Kaboodles Kafe is open to church
meetings and family gatherings; a true asset to society, this outstand-
ing business is to be acknowledged for all of its hard work and signif-
icant contributions; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Kaboodles Kafe upon the occasion of its designation as the 2010
Business of the Year by the Akron Chamber of Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Kaboodles Kafe.
