LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Tracy Hall upon the occasion of his
designation for special recognition by the 2011 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT
Men at Work Edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Tracy Hall has given not only of his time and energies but
also of his competence, intelligence and leadership and consequently has
been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend Tracy Hall
upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition by the 2011
SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition; and
WHEREAS, A graduate of Augsburg College and Iowa State University,
Tracy Hall completed extensive coursework in Green Technology and
sustainability; and
WHEREAS, With over 30 years of total experience, Tracy Hall has spent
the last six years serving as Director of Buildings and Grounds at
Sullivan County Community College; in this capacity, he oversees all the
facilities on campus, and is involved in many new projects and reno-
vations; currently, he is working on a sustainability plan to incorpo-
rate more Green Technology within the College; and
WHEREAS, Tracy Hall has been called upon to contribute his time and
talents to countless civic and charitable endeavors and has always given
of himself unstintingly; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of his community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Tracy Hall has stood constant in
dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, With him throughout have been his wife, Terri, and their five
children, all of whom feel privileged to be a part of his life and
rejoice in his achievements; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by an individ-
ual for the benefit of others which Tracy Hall has displayed throughout
his life; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have shown a long and
sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in their
profession, certainly have earned the recognition and applause of all
the citizens of this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Tracy Hall upon the occasion of his designation for special
recognition by the 2011 SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT Men at Work Edition;
and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Tracy Hall, 7 Newbury Lane, Rock Hill, New York 12775.
