LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Frenkel & Company upon the occasion of
its designation as recipient of the Corporate Award by Lutheran Health-
Care

WHEREAS, It is incumbent upon the people of the State of New York to
recognize and acknowledge those within our midst who have made signif-
icant contributions to the quality of life therein; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize that
the quality and character of life in the communities across New York
State are reflective of the concerned and dedicated efforts of those
organizations which would devote themselves to the welfare of the commu-
nity and its citizenry; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Frenkel & Company upon the occasion of its designation as recipient of
the Corporate Award by Lutheran HealthCare on Saturday, May 7, 2011; and
WHEREAS, Frenkel & Company, an international insurance brokerage
founded in 1878, is the 28th largest privately owned broker in the
United States; and
WHEREAS, For ten years Frenkel and Tamara Igel have been an integral
part of the Lutheran HealthCare team; during that time, Frenkel and
Lutheran have created a truly comprehensive property and casualty insur-
ance program which is constantly adapting to ensure coverage keeps pace
with the changing needs of the organization; and
WHEREAS, A true asset to society, Frenkel & Company's distinguished
record merits the recognition and respectful tribute of this Legislative
Body; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Frenkel & Company upon the occasion of its designation as recip-
ient of the Corporate Award by Lutheran HealthCare; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Tamara Igel, Producer of Frankel & Company.
