LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Gary, Scott and Todd Baright of Foam and
Wash Car Wash upon the occasion of their designation as recipients of
the Next Generation Award by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of
Commerce

WHEREAS, Individuals who give of their time and energies and serve the
best interests of their communities are an asset beyond remuneration and
cannot be sufficiently extolled; and
WHEREAS, Gary, Scott and Todd Baright have given not only of their
time and energies but also of their competence, intelligence and leader-
ship and consequently have been designated for special honor; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Gary, Scott
and Todd Baright of Foam and Wash Car Wash upon the occasion of their
designation as recipients of the Next Generation Award by the Dutchess
County Regional Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, Gary, Scott and Todd Baright will receive this most auspi-
cious honor on Saturday, February 4, 2012, at the Dutchess County
Regional Chamber of Commerce's "An All-American Affair" Annual Gala to
be held at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie, New York; and
WHEREAS, The Next Generation Award recognizes multi-generational fami-
ly businesses that have beaten the odds and achieved long-term success
in their community; and
WHEREAS, The Baright family's Foam and Wash Car Wash chain specializes
in fast and convenient services in a first-class facility with a friend-
ly and courteous staff; and
WHEREAS, The Foam and Wash Car Wash offers a full complement of auto-
motive products and services at each of their 12 locations including
full-service car wash, full-service detail department, express hand
waxing, upholstery and leather cleaning and more; and
WHEREAS, The Baright Family have been called upon to contribute their
time and talents to countless civic and charitable endeavors and have
always given of themselves unstintingly; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of their community service, a
period of constructive involvement, Gary, Scott and Todd Baright have
stood constant in dignity, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, Rare indeed is the impressive dedication shown by individuals
for the benefit of others which The Baright Family have displayed
throughout their lives; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when individ-
uals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Gary, Scott and Todd Baright of Foam and Wash Car Wash upon the
occasion of their designation as recipients of the Next Generation Award
by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce; and be it further
RESOLVED, That copies of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Gary, Scott and Todd Baright.
