LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Erick Hernandez upon the occasion of
being honored by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work
edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who distinguish themselves in their profession and
in service to their community merit the recognition and appreciation of
this Legislative Body and the people of the State of New York; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern and fully in accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Erick Hernandez, a Catskill Hudson Bank Teller and Customer Service
Representative, upon the occasion of his designation for special recog-
nition by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work edition
congratulating the men for making Sullivan and Wayne Counties a better
place to live; and
WHEREAS, Twenty-five year old Erick Hernandez is a graduate of Falls-
burg High School and Sullivan County Community College, from which he
earned an associate degree in computer graphics and graphic design and,
for a year and a half, he has been employed by Catskill Hudson Bank; and
WHEREAS, With him throughout have been his parents and his sister, all
of whom are proud of his accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have demonstrated a
long and sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in
their profession truly merit the recognition and appreciation of this
Legislative Body and the people of the State of New York; now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Erick Hernandez upon the occasion of being honored by the SULLI-
VAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work edition; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Erick Hernandez.
