LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending Ron Mickelson upon the occasion of
being honored by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work
edition

WHEREAS, Individuals who distinguish themselves in their profession and
in service to their community merit the recognition and appreciation of
this Legislative Body and the people of the State of New York; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern and fully in accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to commend
Ron Mickelson, an excavator who works for Sheeley Oil & Excavation, upon
the occasion of his designation for special recognition by the SULLIVAN
COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work edition; and
WHEREAS, Well-liked and highly respected in the community, Ron Mickel-
son is one of the three Mickelson brothers who prove hiring local
contractors yields extremely satisfied customers and are fittingly being
honored by the SULLIVAN COUNTY DEMOCRAT; and
WHEREAS, Ron Mickelson enjoys making Sheeley Oil & Excavation's
customers happy creating something they will take pleasure in and work-
ing with his brothers, Mike and Bob; and
WHEREAS, With him throughout has been his wife Alexa and, for the past
five years, their daughter Amelia, both of whom are proud to be part of
his life and rejoice in his many accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that those who
enhance the quality of life in their community and have demonstrated a
long and sustained commitment to the maintenance of high standards in
their profession truly merit the recognition and appreciation of this
Legislative Body and the people of the State of New York; now, there-
fore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend Ron Mickelson upon the occasion of being honored by the SULLIVAN
COUNTY DEMOCRAT in its 2012 Men at Work edition; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Ron Mickelson.
