LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating Fleurimond Catering upon the occa-
sion of celebrating their 10th Anniversary

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize illustri-
ous culinary establishments which have positively impacted and substan-
tially contributed to the vitality of their communities; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, this Legislative Body is justly proud to congratu-
late Fleurimond Catering upon the occasion of celebrating their 10th
Anniversary, to be celebrated at its Red Carpet Showcase Gala in New
York City on Saturday, April 21, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Fleurimond Catering specializes in providing the most elegant
catering and event planning services in New York City and the Northeast;
while ensuring that all general catering needs are fulfilled, the organ-
ization is able to guarantee that every aspect of an event is carried
out in an effortless and stylish fashion; and
WHEREAS, Fleurimond Catering has cuisine selections of American,
French, Italian, Caribbean, and Latin food; in addition, it is a full-
service catering company that is not only able to cater events, but also
provides event coordination, and event planning services as well; and
WHEREAS, Founded by Nadege Fleurimond, Fleurimond Catering continues
to prosper today and into the future; and
WHEREAS, It is with great pleasure that this Legislative Body acknowl-
edges the success and acclaim of these exceptional organizations and
recognizes the many contributions to the communities they serve and the
economy; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate Fleurimond Catering upon the occasion of celebrating their
10th Anniversary, fully confident that in the future it will continue to
enjoy the same success and spirit which have characterized its past; and
be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to the Fleurimond Family.
