LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION congratulating IBC Engineering, P.C., upon the
occasion of receiving the Gold Award for Excellence in the Category of
Building/Technology Systems by the American Council of Engineering
Companies of New York

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend organizations of true purpose and worthy accomplishment which
through their endeavors, provide essential services and foster the high-
est level of professionalism; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to congratulate IBC
Engineering, P.C., upon the occasion of receiving the Gold Award for
Excellence in the Category of Building/Technology Systems by the Ameri-
can Council of Engineering Companies of New York; and
WHEREAS, The 2012 Engineering Excellence Awards bestowed by the Ameri-
can Council of Engineering Companies of New York give awards to projects
that represent skill and innovation among New York's consulting engi-
neering firms; these organizations are also recognized for their
contributions to the community and the environment; and
WHEREAS, Incorporated in 1996, IBC Engineering, P.C. serves clients
across New York State and the Northeast; it is a M/E/P consulting firm,
offering Traditional Engineering and Specialized Services in the Design
and Construction Industry; and
WHEREAS, IBC Engineering, P.C. built an M&T Bank which opened its
newest branch in West Seneca, New York, that will serve as a contempo-
rary new design and as a new model for future branch construction and
renovation; the new office was built to be energy efficient and meet the
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards set by the U. S.
Green Building Council; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when organiza-
tions of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, they should be celebrated and recognized by all the citizens of
this great Empire State; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
congratulate IBC Engineering, P.C., upon the occasion of receiving the
Gold Award for Excellence in the Category of Building/Technology Systems
by the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to IBC Engineering, P.C.
