LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commending the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce upon
the occasion of hosting its 2011 Annual Members and Installation of
Officers Gala

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to honor those illus-
trious institutions and individuals from the State of New York whose
purposeful endeavors serve to enhance the quality of life in their
communities; and
WHEREAS, It is incumbent upon the people of the State of New York to
recognize and acknowledge those within our midst who have made signif-
icant contributions to the quality of life therein; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to commend the Tri-
State Chamber of Commerce upon the occasion of hosting its 2011 Annual
Members and Installation of Officers Gala, "A Winter's Evening with the
Chamber & Rich Wilson," to be held on Friday, February 25, 2011, at the
Erie Trackside Manor, in Port Jervis, New York; and
WHEREAS, The 2011 incoming officers are Roy Shepherd, President; Judy
Rudy, 1st Vice President; Paula Meloi, 2nd Vice President; Robert
Schultz, Treasurer; Francine Foerst, Secretary; and David Claisse,
Parliamentarian; and
WHEREAS, Throughout the entire period of service, a period of
constructive involvement, this Board has always stood constant in digni-
ty, good grace and humor; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when individ-
uals of such noble aims and accomplishments are brought to our atten-
tion, it is appropriate to publicly proclaim and commend those individ-
uals for the edification and emulation of others; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commend the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce upon the occasion of hosting
its 2011 Annual Members and Installation of Officers Gala; and be it
further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce, Port Jervis, New York.
