LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION commemorating the 150th Anniversary of McNamee,
Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C.

WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to recognize and
commend those illustrious institutions of distinguished purpose whose
actions have been committed to the pursuit of excellence in their
service to the State of New York; and
WHEREAS, Attendant to such concern, and in full accord with its long-
standing traditions, it is the intent of this Legislative Body to
commemorate the 150th Anniversary of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams,
P.C., to be celebrated on Thursday, May 30, 2013, in Albany, New York;
and
WHEREAS, McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. is a full service
law firm located in Albany, New York; it is dedicated to providing
effective and creative solutions to the legal issues of individuals and
organizations through multiple practice areas that serve the full spec-
trum of legal needs; and
WHEREAS, With more than 30 attorneys and a large support staff, it
possesses the depth and diversity to deliver proficient advice, provide
representation across a broad range of practice areas, support business
decisions, and formulate resourceful and innovative solutions to legal
problems; its size and experience provide the resources and capability
to handle substantial cases and transactions promptly and effectively;
and
WHEREAS, Founded in 1863, McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. is
celebrating 150 years of continued legal service; over the years, many
of its members have served as leaders in business, government and
professional associations; and

WHEREAS, McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C. has a broad, state-

Law, Construction, Matrimonial & Family Law, Banking, Trusts, Estates &

WHEREAS, A true asset, McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C.'s
distinguished record merits the recognition and respectful tribute of
this Legislative Body; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
commemorate the 150th Anniversary of McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams,
P.C.; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to McNamee, Lochner, Titus & Williams, P.C.
