LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Pastor Ollrich Lebrun upon the occasion
of his designation for special recognition by the Ambassador For Christ
International Outreach Ministry on September 1, 2013

WHEREAS, The character and richness of religious and community life in
this noble Empire State are nourished and fulfilled through the faithful
concern and selfless devotion of those who would commit their energies
and purpose to the ministry of others; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to bring full recog-
nition and just tribute to those individuals who distinguish themselves
and the ministry through their unremitting commitment and preeminence of
service; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Pastor Ollrich
Lebrun upon the occasion of his designation for special recognition by
the Ambassador For Christ International Outreach Ministry at its 3rd
Annual Pastors Appreciation Gala Dinner, to be held on Sunday, September
1, 2013, at the Astoria World Manor, Astoria, New York; and
WHEREAS, Pastor Ollrich Lebrun is being recognized for his dedicated
work within the Haitian and American communities; and
WHEREAS, Born in Haiti, Pastor Ollrich Lebrun is the co-founder and
Senior Pastor at Mount Zion Church in Cambria Heights, New York; he also
travels around the world, preaching and teaching; and
WHEREAS, Pastor Ollrich Lebrun earned an associate degree from New
York City Technical College in Brooklyn, New York, an associate degree
in Medical Assisting from Mandl School in Manhattan, and an associate
degree in Theology from School Mondiale Bible Institute and Seminary in
Madison, Wisconsin; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when a person
of such noble aims and accomplishments is brought to our attention it is
appropriate to publicly and jubilantly proclaim and commend that indi-
vidual for the edification of others; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Pastor Ollrich Lebrun upon the occasion of his designation for
special recognition by the Ambassador For Christ International Outreach
Ministry on September 1, 2013, noting his unremitting and compassionate
faith and his exemplary service to God, man, and his community; and be
it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Pastor Ollrich Lebrun.
