LEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION honoring Reverend Isabelle Pluviose Audate upon
the occasion of her designation for special recognition by the Ambassa-
dor For Christ International Outreach Ministry on September 1, 2013

WHEREAS, The character and richness of religious and community life in
this noble Empire State are nourished and fulfilled through the faithful
concern and selfless devotion of those who would commit their energies
and purpose to the ministry of others; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body to bring full recog-
nition and just tribute to those individuals who distinguish themselves
and the ministry through their unremitting commitment and preeminence of
service; and
WHEREAS, This Legislative Body is justly proud to honor Reverend
Isabelle Pluviose Audate upon the occasion of her designation for
special recognition by the Ambassador For Christ International Outreach
Ministry at its 3rd Annual Pastors Appreciation Gala Dinner, to be held
on Sunday, September 1, 2013, at the Astoria World Manor, Astoria, New
York; and
WHEREAS, Reverend Isabelle Pluviose Audate is being recognized for her
dedicated work within the Haitian and American communities; and
WHEREAS, Born in Hinche, Haiti, Isabelle Pluviose Audate immigrated to
New York in 1982 and obtained a Master of Theology degree from Mount
Olive Institute and Seminary; she and her husband Wilfrid are pastors of
"Centre International Des Chretiens De La Nouvelle Vie Par La Foi"
translated in English as "New Life Changes Christian International
Center Through Faith"; and
WHEREAS, Along with her husband, Wilfrid, with her throughout have
been their children Joselle, Gassendie, Sidney, and Nathanael, all of
whom feel privileged to be a part of her life and rejoice in her
achievements; and
WHEREAS, It is the sense of this Legislative Body that when a person
of such noble aims and accomplishments is brought to our attention it is
appropriate to publicly and jubilantly proclaim and commend that indi-
vidual for the edification of others; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to
honor Reverend Isabelle Pluviose Audate upon the occasion of her desig-
nation for special recognition by the Ambassador For Christ Interna-
tional Outreach Ministry on September 1, 2013, noting her unremitting
and compassionate faith and her exemplary service to God, man, and her
community; and be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution, suitably engrossed, be tran-
smitted to Reverend Isabelle Pluviose Audate.
